This used to be mine and my dad's favorite spot for the last 15+ years. We came in yesterday with my 8 year old son for lunch. We were the first ones in right as they opened and the entire restaurant smelled like moldy dish towels. Such a turn off when you're there to eat. Two bites into my salad, I noticed a long black hair. I decided not to complain because my appetite was all together ruined and I didn't want to make a thing out of it. What really irritated me was that my son pulled a coarse curly black hair out from his pizza. Once again I didn't say anything because I just wanted to leave and never come back. Which is exactly what is going to happen. We won't be back. Invest in a new mop and scrub that place top to bottom including your kitchen staff. That fact that this was in 2/3 meals when the restaurant was empty shows their lack of decency. You're working with food, your sanitation should be at a peak standard.

Ordered the bruschetta and for 13$ they only give you 4 small pieces of bread and they give you more cheese and tomatoes than bread, when I called lexi answered and basically said it wasn't her problem and to call corporate, the pizza is great but do not buy the bruschetta.

We went to have lunch because the Easter bunny was there. They did a great job with everything that Easter bunny was so cute and so friendly. My six-year-old was so happy he was able to take pictures and he got a candy egg. The whole experience was awesome and we hope to do it again next year.
The hostess and manager do not want to seat parties of 2 at any table bigger than a phone booth. Which is absolutely not enough room for pizza and a side or salad. We were told 30 minute wait despite at least 7 open tables. Pretty sad we go there about twice a month. Probably won’t go back. We never did eat there went somewhere else where they want our business.

Extremely poor service. Never got past the front. Hostess had no clue how to manage seating. Several open tables yet they would not seat a party for two. Manager was standing right there had absolutely no clue or if he did , didnt care. Just let our party walk out. Did nothimg!

I ordered a burger (maybe that was the first mistake) but I’m not sure how you can really mess up a burger. I asked for medium well done and when I received it, I cut my burger in half and it was more rare than medium rare. I politely asked for it to be sent back and minutes later it was returned with the portion where I had cut, seared. However, when I bit into it, it was again quite rare. I didn’t eat anymore and ate my fries. I simply informed the waitress about my burger towards the end and she agreed it was still very red and even pointed to my receipt that she had entered in medium well. I wasn’t asking for a free meal but perhaps compensated a bit for a burger I took one bite of. Management said nothing could be done because “it was sent back”??? I don’t know what that means but I didn’t bother to fight it and just wanted everyone here to know, there are better places to eat for the money you’re paying. The waitress was kind and understanding so I did not take it out on her and still left a full tip.

I really like the food here. Our waitress was really sweet and attentive. Two things: obviously there was a problem with the lines on the keg of blue moon because it was horrid!! Aside from the lack of lighting when you come in the smell of dirty dish water in the women's bathroom was so gross that several in our party mentioned it. I hope they can make some adjustments because we really like this place.
Went here on Saturday evening - food good, service disappointing... was there even a manager in the place? Certainly never saw any kind of manager or leader in the 90-minutes we were there. So bad ... that a server spilled an entire drink from his tray onto the floor. Fifteen minutes later that server, plus other servers, plus guests walked THROUGH it and NO ONE from the restaurant including the male server who spilled it - acknowledged it. The hostess noticed it ... looked up to see if it was dripping from the ceiling, went back to her stand and did nothing about it. When I shared with her what actually happened, she still did nothing about it. Mmmmmm was a huge puddle by the bar ... and not a manager in sight. Our server, while friendly, was SLOW. We sat watching out made drinks for 10+ minutes at the bar while every other server got drinks made and delivered before we got ours. ZERO teamwork from the waitstaff. Food was served in a timely manner and was tasty for the price. But after dinner - everyone's plate was cleared except mine ... I waited 15 minutes to see the server before I could ask her for a box. Ironic, I saw a person who was walking around the bar to promote a new Whiskey more than I saw our server. Go for the food.... Not the service.

The service was as good as can be expected when they also have to serve a large group at the same time. The food however was beyond flavorless. They seemed to be so afraid of salt that they didn't even have it available on the table for us to add our own.

The food was good and the server was very polite. But.....I reserved a table for 16 people month before for a family event. Confirmed 3 day before. When I called to tell we are on our way , the lady sounded confused. Basically they forgot. They got the tables ready I think in 15min. The"prive" room looked terrible. More like a storage room, chairs were all different, ripped. The manager had nothing to say...acting like they didn't forget. I was very disappointed.

Went for a birthday party. Food was decent, got the 3 filet medallion dinner.My only issue with the restaurant though is we ran out of seats and they did nothing to try and expand our tables. I get a giant group is tiring to handle but should have brought some tables and chairs over when you saw people having to stand.
