Food was alright, but the price point was kind of high for what was received.
I consider myself a burger connoisseur, ive made and tried many burgers. I can confidently say my first burger here was phenomenal!
The unique sauce on the beef and pork on the Venezolana was a perfect profile combination.
Definitely recommend, will try the other burgers.
Truly an incredible experience. My Venezuelan friend invited us here and it was the most delicious experience with top notch service. Ask for his mother’s “cilantro” green sauce. A must!!!
Excellent customer service, the food delicious, I am recommending Big time is the best Venezuelan Food restaurant in the area! All the people, workers, so Cain , respectful.
Food was very good and reasonably priced. The owner Fernando was very pleasant and after just a mention of my wife’s birthday he brought over a wonderful desert that we shared.
The arepas are delicious and the pastelitos are amazing! 🤩
Love this place! Owner is amazing.
This place was great!! Such deliciously seasoned food, great service and a bright and clean place to try something different with such good quality. Absolutely recommend👍😎
This place is very cozy, cute, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service is very friendly and fast, which I loved. We ordered tequeños and mandocas as appetizers, which were OMG, delicious!!! The tequeños had so much cheese and were an excellent size. We also ordered pastelitos de papa con queso, and WOW, they were indescribable (I 1000% recommend ordering these appetizers).
For lunch (although we were already super full), we ordered empanadas with:
1. Cheese and bacon (in my opinion the best!!! It was incredible)
2. Plantain with cheese: It was delicious
3. Romana (ground beef with cheddar): I didn't love this one because I was expecting dry ground beef mixed with melted cheese, but it was too creamy in my opinion
4. Shredded beef with cheddar: It's the same as the other one, too creamy for our taste
We ordered the garlic and chipotle sauce, which was divine!!! And for drinks, we ordered passion fruit juice and peach Nestea (AMAZING!!!)
I honestly thought the place was super cool, and the food was 10/10, except for those two empanadas, but since everything else was delicious, those didn't matter that much.
I really recommend it!!!❤️
Friendly staff, able and willing to make recommendations. Highly recommend and can't wait to revisit

The food was delicious! The Arepas and Empanadas were authentic and tasted so fresh. I've been trying to find a good Venezuelan restaurant and finally found one! The owner and employees were so kind and friendly!
My husband and I went for the first time yesterday and the food was absolutely amazing. Our favorites were the ground beef empanadas and plantain empanadas. The staff was friendly and polite and the restaurant is decorated nicely and very clean. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Today I stumbled upon this little Venezuelan gem on my way from work. I had two empanadas - Domino (savory) and cheese & plantain (sweet). To say they were delicious would be like calling a Lamborghini a decent ride from point A to point B. I had them with two salsas - Tartar and avocado. I spoke with their chef/owner who said he had taken 20 years to develop the recipe for one of them. I predict one day these salsas will be sold at your local grocery for a modest price of $20 per bottle. So, go check it out, while it's still a paper napkin place where you can have an unforgettable experience without breaking your wallet. I know I will!
It was so good and super tasty! Awesome service 🤩
I had high expectations of enjoying Venezuelan food, but the overall experience was disappointing. While the flavors are authentic and the food is good, there are several areas that need attention:
1. Customer service: There is no table service; you have to pay, pick up your food, and manage everything on your own. Compared to other options like American or Mexican chains, the experience feels unwelcoming.
2. Extra charges: They charge even for sauces, which feels excessive given the already high prices. This discourages customers from returning, especially when other places include these details.
3. Value for money: While I understand it’s traditional food, the prices are not competitive for the level of service and comfort offered.
In summary, this is probably a place you’d visit only once. My recommendation to the owners is to work on providing better service and addressing these details because Venezuelan cuisine deserves to shine and compete fairly in the market.
