Bought a bowl from here and they gave out shriveled limes and jalapeños, when I went to ask for a fresh batch they told me it's fresh and wanted to charge me for a new one of the same thing the chicken in the pho also smelled sour

There is no one out front, you order on a computer which is nice because you can customize your order, but then it asks for a tip? I'm a big tipper normally but hadn't received any service yet! Then I waited for almost 10 minutes for my order, with no acknowledgement that it was received and I still hadn't seen a person out front to even confirm they were open. When I say down with my food I realized the order was wrong, had to collect my purchases and food and go ask for it to be fixed. They were not that busy , just didn't bother to read my order. I got the rare beef, it was all compacted into a hard disk and I had to pry the slices off. Terrible service, poor quality food even by Food Court standards, stay away!

Had the house special. Better than expected for food court. Broth was flavourful and piping hot. Order only via kiosk. No one manning the cash register. I saw a few customers walking away. One boy was working alone. He was frantically going in and out of the kitchen. This was lunchtime on a Friday.

Worst customer service and rude staff. We were given the wrong order. Explained to them and had not even touched the food. They refused to exchange the order because the kids could not eat the seafood. The manager and server were yelling even when other customers were telling them they should just exchange the order but they insisted there was nothing they could do. We had to leave the food and they still refused to refund us.

I know not to expect much from a food court but this place seemed like the better option of the bunch.
We ordered spring rolls, seafood pho and thai iced tea. The spring rolls did not taste fresh and the peanut sauce was super thick and slimy. I was given my Pho and told they ran out of bean sprouts only when I asked. The broth was flavorless. The thai iced tea… also disappointing.
Just an overall poor experience especially for the $55 we spent to barely even eat the food. Even as someone who really hates throwing away food, I really had no other choice.

Simlpe Pho order which always took not more than 10 minutes, took 30 minutes for cold soup. when asked why the long wait and having explained our past experiences we were told very coldly and unappolgeticaly "it is what it is"by the supposed lady manager. My wife asked for a refund because of the wait and definitely because of the attitude and were told no refunds. We asked the lady to possibly post the new wait times and refund policy and were given a very snarky response and told to move because a customer was waiting. The order was left and we are out $18. Hope this lady sees the error of her ways on customer service before the shop looses all business. Reasearched and found many for the same complaintes lately. Hope things change soon.We will no longer support this shop.

I wasn’t sure if this place was even open. No one at the counter. There were automated ordering machines, but i tried to order and it’s broken. Wouldn’t connect to terminal. I just gave up and went somewhere else. I’m surprised this place is still in business.

Probably the worst pho I’ve ever had. The noodles had a slimy texture and resembled spaghetti noodles, not rice noodles. The broth had a fishy aftertaste. Pho broth is supposed to be clear. What they served me was murky, cloudy, and dark. It also had a slightly sour taste (even before I added the lime) They only gave me one basil leaf.
The meatballs were decent. The beef was tough and fat wasn’t rendered out. For $13.99 a bowl, this is simply not worth it. This was the first time I’ve ever thrown out a bowl of pho without finishing it.
