First, I must say that I would normally rate this place higher. But lately things have not been so great with this location. And tonight was the worst! I go online to place my order. The site never tells you how long the wait is until you finalize your order so it's always a crap shoot! Tonight I close my order to find that I'm looking at a 3 hour wait on my pizza. 3 HOURS! I have always had a good experience with this place! Sure, every business makes mistakes, but it's how they fix those mistakes that matters. For 90% of the time, my pizza has been made specifically how I said I wanted it, with a polite, friendly, and charismatic delivery guy. I know how customer service is, and it isn't easy.
