Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular restaurant that serves delicious sandwiches. They cater to customers with special requests, such as accommodating a teenager with autism who requires a specific sandwich preparation. Known for its excellent Philly Steak sandwich, the restaurant is also praised for its fresh ingredients and generous toppings. Service is generally quick, although some customers find the sandwiches to be pricey. There have been improvements in customer service, with management responding to concerns in a timely and professional manner. Customers appreciate the attention to detail in preparing their orders, but some may find it inconvenient to have to open each bag to identify their order when picking up online orders. The new general manager has received positive feedback for his sociability and willingness to ensure orders are correct. Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs is a good option for those looking for a tasty meal with good service.
