The workers there today (3/7/ 24) helped me and were very polite and courteous. Between 5;45 and 6 pm. I had a mobile order issue. Both workers in the drive through were very helpful and fixed it. I will always come back here! Please give the workers raises!

HANDS DOWN the BEST Popeye’s experience I’ve EVER had!!! The staff was so kind and accommodating. The store was clean, well stocked and uniquely decorated but the star was the food! I ordered the surf and turf box and it was HOT, FRESH AND DELICIOUS!!!! They were generous with the side of fries and the biscuit was so warm and moist I didn’t even need the honey!!! Definitely highly recommended

It's a snow storm today so I decide to pick up food for lunch and dinner. The drive-thru and restaurant were DEAD. They needed 15 minutes to prepare my food and asked me to pull up in the drive through. I did exactly as they asked. I waited 15 minutes, they handed me a bag of food and I headed back to my office. I sat down only to find the order was wrong and missing the sides and biscuits. I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do unless I drove out to the store. I politely explained that it's a snowstorm and I wasn't the one who made the mistake, can they send someone or a Door Dash styled partner. The answer was NO. I asked for a refund. I was told only if I bring the chicken back. They wouldn't even give me a partial refund for what they didn't include in my order. I tried calling the customer service number for Popeyes corporate and you can only chat with them via text. The company doesn't appear to care. I will stick to Raising Caines and their other competition.

This place is poorly run I have never had a good experience here. This time they would not allow me to do two separate small orders in the drive thru. The person in the car with me was going to pay with a gift card and I would be paying separately. So we ended up having to put my order onto the e other person's gift card. Other fast food restaurants we go to, always allow separate orders. The man was very rude about it as well. When we received a chicken sandwich, the bun was very hard on the bottom, hard to bite through, and the sandwich in general was not very good, not the same quality as other Popeyes.
Honestly, Popeyes needs an entire new policy on how to train their employees. This has become a joke. These people are all on drugs. They are rude and during lunch time always something’s missing or isn’t working. This location just Opened and it’s horrible. I’m telling you do not go here it’s dirty I could just imagine what the back looks like.

I ordered drive thru and they didn't give me the 4 biscuits that came with the family meal. I didn't notice until I was home. I tried calling the number on my receipt and only got a voicemail. Terrible customer service. I don't have the time or energy to go back there.

My God who hired these people?!?! I worked at popeyes before so I know how to run a mf popeyes. Was sitting in drive thru for 40 min then gave us wrong food then refused to give us a refund, had to come inside and litteraly get a refund face to face since they ignored us on drive thru, no sorry no apology, no nothing just blank stares. Like they are a bunch of Zombies on drugs working here. ??♀️

My experience with Popeyes is dependent on location. The one in Hermitage, OH is delicious. There's one in Virginia I'll never eat at again! This particular location was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and quick. The food was good.
