Portillos used to be so much better years ago. We moved to Florida and when we come to Illinois we like to eat dinner there at least once. For the second time this location gave us the wrong order AGAIN. Staff is completely incapable of getting it right. Food is cold, overpriced and it makes me really miss the good old days when the Portillo family owned this establishment. I went to HS with Mike Portillo, he wouldn't like what his family restaurant turned into. Very sad.
Best portillos & barnellis in the Chicagoland area, hands down. Everything’s superb. Beefs, pasta, burgers, salads, etc.
