It's a good concept and the food is good, but eliminating the table side iPads and making you use your phone for ordering is awkward. Dishes are also in short supply at the buffet for sauces which makes things hard to transport. The pricing is high enough without having to have all the add on charges for things too - just a turn-off.

If you get a good waiter/waitress, you're in luck! If it's the first time, get the REGULAR, and if that was good, try the second time with better WAGYU.
For things for improvements, sushi needs to have better selection, some spoons for the sauce was missing, machines broken, etc. Some of the deserts were ok, but the puchi-shu can have improvements, where it was waaaay better when I had in Japan, or was it that it was filled with ice cream at Shabuyo...

Our first time, yesterday. The place was good. Our waitress was great! Food was good.The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 was because the robot was dirty. If it's carrying food to different people, who ever put it on the robot should wipe it/clean it before placing food on it. Same with the booths. The booths were not so clean. Please wipe them.
