My family had a wonderful time at Bowlero last night. It was our first time and definitely not the last. The girl at the check in was very friendly and attentive. Our food order was very good and service was fast. Thank you !

Not what I expected, the place needs a lot of maintenance, I’ll say than, is like any other Bowlero that I know.

We had a fun time today! It was busy but the all you can bowl for 9.99 was a great deal! Everyone working today were super friendly. Service issued were handled quickly. Pizza and beer were delicious!

They have terrible advertising for this jingle bowl. They said that after 8pm there is unlimited bowling for a good price. Leagues shouldn’t be going on during this time or at least should end by 8pm. The fact that the whole place was filled with leagues was crazy. by the way yall are losing customers.

Came in to bowl for their website advertised “Jingle Bowl” from 8-close where “no reservations are required, just nonstop fun on the lanes” their words, not mine. We show up at 8pm only to find that leagues are in every lane until after 10pm. This was poor advertising both on the website and inside, as I saw the same sign advertising the Jingle Bowl at the register. I understand your website says depending on lane availability, but it seems there was no room for ANY bowlers other than leagues. It think it’s time to update your advertising.

This place is trash, they state on the website every night at 8pm they have open bowling, the girl at the counter blamed us and said we should have called..... just think about that conversation for even a second, why would we call if the website says what the hours are and what they are for. It's not like I'm some boomer going off a Facebook post, this is your website! Take a look at the pic, you have this all over your entire facility, this is by definition, insane.

Nearly $30 bucks for only two games and shoes. Major rip off.

Good bawling place!

Celebrated my husband's birthday with a night out bowling with family. Renee went above and beyond to make sure his birthday was great. Thank you for a fantastic and fun time.

Very nice interiors. Good bowling lanes, good food and good service. The gaming area is awesome too.

Renee rudest manager I have ever seen who were shouting at our face by saying: there is no available lane currently, and no suggestion where we could’ve wait, until lane will get free. And at the end She double charged for 238$ for 5 games without informing that the lane is charged per game. So terrible management. I would suggest to look for better personnel for that position

I had to go to the counter twice to order lunch because no one was there.
