Staff is extremely rude, refuses to give out cups of water even when it's over 80* outside, stating that you must buy something to get water. Abhorrent way to treat customers. I used to come here all the time, I won't be returning.

Got a drink in drive thru it was made disgusting and bitter . I went inside to get it remade , the girl was leaving but she took my order I was waiting 15 mins for my drink I asked the worker hey I’ve been waiting is it going to be done soon they said “what drink?” Then he put it in again 1 min later comes back to me and tells me they ran out of iced coffee ended up saying just give me my money back . Worst location worst customer service worst coffee I ever had

STARBUCKS love! This location is always clean, friendly, and honestly a very welcoming atmosphere. Staff is always greeting all customers with smiles and converse in conversations with customers. It's a great feeling when that happens. Love the connections that all staff makes.
Highly recommend this location!

Very disappointing experience 1/5
I ordered a Hot Chai Tea Latte, but it tasted like plain hot water no flavor, no spice, nothing close to what it should be. I also got a Hot Venti Caramel Latte, but it wasn’t even filled to the top looked more like a grande in a venti cup. For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency. Definitely not worth it.

I love the service here, but the drinks that they make are much worse than they used to be. They don’t add much syrups anymore, which causes my drink to fall, causing lack of tastiness. Otherwise, the service is great, kind workers, and they always are quick! Might be coming back, maybe not. I’d rather drive further to the Barrington and Higgins one.
