Two days in a row with a messed up order. I didn’t get it fixed the first day but the second day I did and it felt like a burden on the worker when I asked her to fix my drink.

I've been coming here for years and actually became a regular. Many people already new my order as soon as I pulled up but specifically three workers. Recently, they changed staff and my drinks have been coming out so watery. When I ask them to remake it they act like it's such an inconvenience. These new people are rude and don't even acknowledge you because you asked them to remake it. Please bring back the old employees!!!!

Constantly getting burned shots.
Every single time I come here, they mess my drinks up without fail. We always have to return for them to remake them. Sometimes we’re unable to return and throw the drinks out. The coffee we have now tastes like water, while the other has a nasty rancid taste. The same regular drinks we get any other location. The location is convenient because it’s by my job, but I’m going to start going out of the way because I’m tired of wasting my money on drinks I don’t like.

Yesterday morning before work I passed by to this Starbucks my usual asked for the usual (mind you I come here every week) I’m always the type to walk in but this time was running late to work and tried the drive thru. There was a male at the drive thru that was very rude and seemed stressed. When he handed me my drink I asked for a straw. He said “ that will be 52cents” I said “what! Paid him. ”
Im not sure if this is a new thing but I’ve never had that happened to me I’m always either given one or offered one.

Went there yesterday on 11/29/24 . My kids went inside to grab a few drinks while I waited & kept the car warm. They came back disgusted! Drinks were fine.
But they said there were ALOT of Flys flying around and sitting on the food!! Ewww!!

I was there this morning purchased 6 drinks. The guy didn’t even bother to offer a cup holder or stoppers for my drink ,sometimes we have to use common sense on what with do , try to be more friendly and accommodate yourself with the guests,it’s very important otherwise don’t work there

When I go in the afternoon, I order my coffee, a slice of Lemon Cake and cup of crushed ice water. Very Friendly Staff. *TIP* Download the Starbucks App before you go. Sat in long drive thru line for a simple bacon Gouda Sammy and a black cold brew. I get all the way home to discover that it’s pumpkin flavored. Ugh! I drive all the way back, I go inside only to be ignored although no one else is in line. Finally, a curly headed fellow asks me what the problem is, I explain. He takes away the cup and another fella brings the appropriate drink. Not a thank you not an apology. After paying over $5 for a coffee and having to take a trip back I expected atleast that much.
