Asked for a chair latte with soy milk and a triple espresso. Received a chai latte with regular milk and 3 shots of espresso in it. The cashier replied that she take the order correctly and I should have talked louder, because she was talking on the intercom. Unfair and unprofessional.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. I ordered a Short Americano with 3 extra shots and 2 raw sugars. Instead, they brought me a Large (Venti). When I pointed out the mistake, the barista simply poured half of the large coffee into a small cup and told me it was their fault, but refused to actually remake it properly.
The taste was completely watered down and not what I paid for. When I asked for a fresh coffee, they refused. My money is just as good as anyone else's, even if I pay by card, and I expect to receive exactly what I ordered. Poor attitude and zero customer service.

I went to the Starbucks on Irving and Rte 59. I wanted to know what a particular drink was called, the manager was very short with me so I did not place the order. That manager needs to fired...so I went to one on Barrington road and they were so helpful and efficent. I will definitely go there again.

Drive thru- always super friendly

A little wait, maybe 6 minutes to place our order. No tables to sit at with friends. A lot of people on lap tops working and utilizing a whole table so we couldn't stay and enjoy our coffee. Took our coffee to the library and sat and talked in a small alive there.

Bad attitude. They hate having to do anything. If only they could show up, stand around, get tips and paid. Customers ruin their day.

Staff is extremely rude, refuses to give out cups of water even when it's over 80* outside, stating that you must buy something to get water. Abhorrent way to treat customers. I used to come here all the time, I won't be returning.

Water has always been free, but now they've come up with some scheme where you have to buy something to get water. We live in the modern world—how can water be something you have to pay for?
