This is the best subway I have ever been to! I am not sure where these reviews are coming from. The staff are extremely warm and friendly, they were generous with the portions for my sandwich as well. This subway is 1000% better than any in my home state. Don’t hesitate to visit this location. I’ll be back while I’m in town!

I visited this location twice while staying at the Renaissance Hotel nearby. I was so impressed with The staff. Extremely friendly, extremely helpful really outstanding! I honestly can’t say enough they just went over the top to be pleasant and helpful. My visits were Friday morning, August 22 and Sunday morning August 24. I’m sharing this information so the manager is can thank these employees and hopefully retain them - they are so good for your business. I had to give the food to four not a five because I’ve never had this before, but the rotisserie chicken was kind of fatty and had skin in it. Everything else was fresh and perfect.

Review written 8/23/2025. Went there a few weeks ago and had the worst quality subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Not fresh at all and the person making the sandwich was skimping on veggies even though it was literally a veggie only sandwich

I realize corporate cost cutting happens, but food quality shouldn't suffer. I'd rather pay more for quality. I got my usual flatbread, and the flatbread they used was thin as a tortilla and just as floppy. It's almost like they are using rectangular tortillas now instead of flatbread. It made trying to eat my sandwich a mess. Meatball sauce seemed watered down and thin. Pretty dissapointed. Service was top notch, friendly staff and they were quick. Atmosphere wise, I think this must be a family run place because there was a lot of loud talk and yelling back in the employee area. Staff talk very loudly at each other, and customers using speakerphones in the dining area (VERY RUDE) make this not the place to go for a quiet lunch.
