Everything I order though the Subway App., my order is never ready when I get there. They always wait on customers in the building and then take care of online orders. I don't know why I go to this location. It's always understaffed during the peak hours (lunch/dinner). I only once saw two workers there, and the one just stood there and did zip. Don't believe the app when it gives a "ready" time. Make sure to add 10 minutes minimum. They also ignore any notes you add to the order. Go to a different location.Vegetarian options: Just don't order meat. Pretty simple.

Hands down the worst subway I've ever been to, not sure how they are still open. They are constantly out of ingredients that they refuse to refill, they are constantly understaffed and the staff apparently has no concept of managing their time to replentish ingredients even though the place is always empty with little to no customers. Avoid at all costs unless you are looking to be disappointex.

I ordered a tuna sandwich, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too dry. Moreover, the toaster was not working, resulting in a disappointing experience with their customer service. The tuna itself was also dry and had an unpleasant smell."

I go to this Subway because it's convenient. But never again. The last time was the worst. Besides having to ask them to actually put some vegetables on the sandwich this last visit they only had one bread - Italian Bread - NO OTHERS. When I asked why she said she was the only one there. That's no excuse. Your a sandwich shop. It's not like I came in when they first opened. I was there at lunchtime. Then come in early. Call in extra staff. I don't care!! So I went with the Italian bread and she butchered cutting the bread. OMG. Never again.

Waited forever been at this subway one lady performing the service while other guy is sitting talking to a lady in the background two sandwiches took over 20min to order. Very poor customer service - how can you have people in line wait while you talk to someone in the background and relax. What’s more important a customer or a talk. While one lady is servicing everyone else. Got my sandwich - while my friend is getting his done and now mine will be cold.

Mobile ordered two B.M.Ts got home and realized they only had ham and some toppings. Went back to see if it was possible to correct the error. The employee working alone (who was new) apologized repeatedly, but I couldn’t get passed the fact that he reopened the sandwiches I originally ordered then proceeded to put the forgotten meat and toppings onto my original sandwiches… I’m not one to complain but this completely grossed me out.. I’ve worked in food services for upward of 8 years.. this situation is a no no.. you gotta restart fresh after something like that.. Ended up going home with them and throwing them away and making boxed Mac and cheese… I didn’t ask for a refund because I was too upset to comprehend what just happened.. he was kind enough to give me cookies for the inconvenience. But .86 cent cookies did not make this situation better…

DO NOT EAT HERE! This used to be my favorite Subway. Today my Wife and I walked in ready to order. We waited patiently; on our turn they told us they would not accept our printed, official Subway coupon. We asked why. The person behind the counter explained that they were a franchise. SO WHAT?! You join a franchise for the name recognition and the franchise system and supplies. So, TAKE THE SYSTEM'S COUPONS! We will NOT be returning.

Terrible customer service. I ordered $36 worth of subway to find out that one of my sandwiches was not toasted as I requested on the order. I tell the associate it's not toasted and it has cold bacon, they refuse to toast the sandwich and literally made me pay for another sandwich just for it to be toasted. Another $13 which is ridiculous. Also the cookies I received were hard as rocks. They don't care about their customers at all.

The manager, Jay, is sooo awesome! He spoke with us in a polite and friendly manner. He paid special attention to make our sandwiches as delicious as possible. He left us feeling so satisfied with the experience. Highly recommend!!
