It's 5:56 on a Tuesday and subways close even though they're posted hours on their door and online say 10:00 p.m.
An online order was placed at 8PM before the store closing time of 10PM. After arriving, the store was closed with the lights out. No refund or anything and the payment was processed. Tried to call the next day and they dont answer. Im attempting to reach subway customer service but the chat always brings back to the AI customer service bot. I dont want to resort to charge back if Im able to reach subway to get a refund. This location is a scam.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, but I want to go pick up my sandwich at 9:40 PM. The door even says that they close at 10 and nobody was there. That’s just not professional in the slightest.
