I would prefer paying higher prices if it meant hiring more people to take my order instead of automatically using AI. AI should be an option (for language barriers), not the default. It took triple the time to get my order right, and I still had to correct it at the window. If it's not GPT-4o quality, it's not worth it.

Been going here for years. Mixed experiences. Sometimes great, sometimes a messed up order or food isn't fresh. I would leave 3 stars for this place. However, last time I visited an AI ordering screen was trying to take my order in the drive thru. Not a fan, so we asked to speak to a crew member. Took 3 tries just for it to understand a midwestern accent. We're in the midwest. Stop getting rid of employees and replacing them with AI or robots. We want the human connection we're used to as we go about our days.
