The new drive thru ordering system was horrible it was AI making placing a order impossible, we had to drive up to the window and order, staff was glad to help.

Very expensive for the amount and quantity of food that they give you... paid $4.19 for what was supposed to be a small frosty, instead I think they gave a baby cup and it wasn't even filled to the top, the sandwich had no mayo and like 3 pieces of chopped lettuce, and fries were cold, oh and definitely Not ready for this experience, talking to a computer to place my order, 😮 not a human being, kind of creepy to be honest 😬

I just got 2 frosty's, but it was my first time here.

place was clean and well staffed and service was good.

frosty's were good. especially the newer ones they have.

next time I'll get some hot food and see how it is.

First time coming to this location and will definitely be my LAST. So I order my food through the app through the drive through and my order was ready at a decent time frame which I had put my order in about 5 mins before that. This is where I have a an issue, I ordered 2 $4 meals, 6 chicken nuggets and a regular jr cheese burger. The fries in the meal weren't even ateble, the nuggets tasted burnt and dried out. The jr cheeseburger was under a heat light for waaaay too long. The time frame I ordered food was at 7pm. There is literally no reason why this food should have tasted like it was sitting out all day. Very disappointing.

Mostly normal but the behavior of the employee in charge at the time.
I had a small complaint about the amount of bacon on my sandwich, and she responded by saying we'll make you a new one. I said it would be ok to just add some bacon but she threw away the sandwich and had her staff make a new sandwich with not further instructions. The new sandwich was made exactly the same of course. I said it would have been ok to not throw the first one away but the employee did not seem to understand. I just accepted the remade sandwich and left confused.

Outside seating with sun umbrellas at the tables was nice on a fairly hot afternoon. Had my dog out there on the patio with us eating a frosty and they gave him water too. Now that was pretty cool for a fast food restaurant. Dog people check it out if you want to eat with your pup.

We stopped here for lunch before going to legoland. The best I can tell you is that the place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was what you expect from Wendy’s which is good for fast food.
