I ordered the char-crusted rib-eye. It was perfect. Maybe the best steak I've had in years!
The sides were large and delicious.

Service is horrible slow two hours for drinks and a salad. Management just as horrible bringing out burnt to a crisp vegetables as a manger of a restaurant THIS IS unacceptable completely horrible. Everyone was standing around non attentive drinks completely empty and not one time was it asked to be refills waitress no where to be found for over a hour. Will never go again. Find better managers find better staff

Wildfire offers a pleasant dining experience with attentive service. The Filet and Au Gratin potatoes are tasty, and the cedar salmon as well as the macadamia nut crusted halibut are particularly delicious, cooked to perfection and fresh. The steaks offer great flavor, and the soups are wonderful. The restaurant is easy to reserve for special occasions, and staff are accommodating and attentive. The Monday night chicken special is a super dinner, and the Monday night chicken dinner takeout did not disappoint, with generous portions and the best fried chicken. Wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The shrimp cocktail got forgotten so a free dessert was given, which was delicious. The kale salad is huge! However, some dishes like prime rib, sautéed mushrooms, roasted vegetables, and broccoli tend to taste similar and can be too bland with no real freshness. Prices are somewhat high, but the quality of the food makes it worthwhile. The atmosphere can be dark and noisy at first, and there have been occasional issues with communication and drink orders. Some steak orders have been problematic, with attempts to get a medium steak overdone. Overall, Wildfire is a great place to enjoy a meal, especially for celebrations.
