Wildfire provides a pleasant dining experience with attentive service. The Filet and Au Gratin potatoes are tasty, and the cedar salmon as well as the macadamia nut crusted halibut are particularly delicious, cooked to perfection and fresh. The steaks offer great flavor, and the soups are wonderful. The restaurant is easy to reserve for special occasions, and staff are accommodating and attentive. However, some dishes like prime rib, sautéed mushrooms, roasted vegetables, and broccoli tend to taste similar and can be too bland with no real freshness. Prices are somewhat high, but the quality of the food makes it worthwhile. The atmosphere can be dark and noisy at first, and there have been occasional issues with communication and drink orders.
