“EDIT: Additional star given; The following day Hotbox did deliver an additional box of cookies to my address to make up for my issues. Still wary of their delivery but I appreciated the effort to make it right! Cookies were delicious as always
The cookies are consistently enjoyable, but the shop is a poor excuse for "warm cookie delivery" as they advertise. I ordered cookies at 5:30 PM with an expected delivery time of a little over an hour. During that hour, I received text updates saying my cookies would be delivered by 7:20 PM.
When that time came and went, I tried calling the shop but got no answer. So, I went to the shop, and they told me my order hadn't even been packaged yet—this was already 15 minutes past the latest delivery time. The staff made no effort to make up for this or refund the $6 delivery fee I paid.
The cookies are good, but do not expect delivery orders to arrive on time, if at all.“

“They have delicious cinnamon rolls IMO soft and sweet. The ladies are very nice and friendly. We were able to meet Trish the owner and baker which a superb and nice lovely lady. Definitely recommendable. My favorite rolls is the Bacon Maple rolls. Will definitely come back. Still need to try their other stuff like the snuggle dog and sausage roll!“

“I needed some chocolate in my life as some self care after the last few weeks. I ate 1/2 of my brownie with marshmallow icing and OH MY GOODNESS! I see this craving coming, so delicious. Not too sweet, just the right gooey and chocolate flavor. I also ordered 2 cookies, 1 snickerdoodle and 1 s’mores. Plus banana pudding and another brownie with chocolate icing. Reasonable cost, friendly service and an excellent location.“

“Wow! Edwin(Mgr.) and his staff are the epitome of great customer service. They have clearly reversed the curse of the Fairview Heights, IL location, considering the horrible experiences I've had in the past. Even the Cinnabons are more delicious than before. Great job, you all, great job!“
