My daughter picked up an order for me today and was very disappointed. The size of the containers don't equal the size when you eat in but the price is the same. Doesn't sound fair to me.
My friends and I go there for coffee and talk. It’s a nice place, but I have to downgrade Panera because of one item, it’s cinnamon rolls. They were fluffy and hot and sticky, served out of a pan. Now they’re hockey pucks—hard, round, tasteless, and stacked like cookies. Shame on you, Panera.
