We used Strickly southern catering for our large 380 person wedding and it was exceptional. The owner is very professional and communicates frequently and well with you! . We received so many compliments about how amazing the food was and everyone in our Wedding got through the buffet line in 40 minutes, which is phenomenal!! We highly recommend the brisket and cheesy potatoes, but everything is just wonderful! Great job team! Nothing but the best!!
If you've chosen to use this company...congratulations! If contemplating read on. I was seeking a caterer for a 120 person BBQ lunch at our company office. After submitting an inquiry to Strickly Southern, I received a call from Will as a follow up. He was courteous, professional and most of all very knowledgeable about BBQ.
