Average dunkin/baskin I ordered from the kiosk no problems. The lobby was a bit dirty but that's expected from most establishments. I do wish the baristas would've called out my order or name, but nonetheless my coffee was delicious!! Oh and!! They threw in an extra donut for me :

Only reason they're not getting a 1 is the donuts we did get were fresh & good. 1st the woman trying to take my order doesn't understand & or speak English very good or even adequately. Someone had to interpret for her. 2nd they only had Boston kreme & powder covered Bavarian cream filled donuts. I've got cream filled long johns all around the country at Dunkin' Donuts in the past. 3rd the floors were dirty like they hadn't been mopped in a while & lastly the parking lot is so small I could barely back out due to cars being in line for drive through. There are too many other options to choose from.

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. It's horrible it's the closest one to me. The donuts are always stale. Today I received ice cold wake up wraps!!

They are advertising fresh fruit smoothies. Unfortunately, they don't have smoothies here. Extremely frustrating.

This service is horrible. They told me to start my order in the self checkout, and then yelled at me for doing so. Go to any other Dunkin besides this one.

Im so happy I'm moving from this area and wont be close to this location anymore. This Dunkin' has the worst machines. The coffee tastes disgusting like it was made in something that wasn't cleaned for years. And oh my Gosh the food.... It tastes so bad its dangerous. The food has a taste of chemicals/burning. It is NOT okay.
3rd time I've ordered the sundae package from this store and 3rd time they've left out whipped cream. This time the delivery person specifically asked and was told "all good." Well it's not all good. It's too expensive to be treated this way.This is horrible customer service.

Just took the kids to have ice cream and asked for kids scoops and later checking the receipt realized they charged for regular single scoop. Very disappointed

Worst service ever! Went at 9p and staff member had headset on with no customers in the store or drive thru. Waited while 4 staff were working hard and this worker didn't get any of the 3 items ordered right. Banana shake... didn't add in sugar; oreo shake all milk and inedible and to scoops of ice cream took 5 min to communicate. Don't go to this location for baskin Robins.

I don't know why they can't improve their drive thru speaker system. It is really hard to hear them with their volume so low. Big problem when they don't have the donuts you want available and you're trying to figure out an alternative.
