Only reason they're not getting a 1 is the donuts we did get were fresh & good. 1st the woman trying to take my order doesn't understand & or speak English very good or even adequately. Someone had to interpret for her. 2nd they only had Boston kreme & powder covered Bavarian cream filled donuts. 3rd time I've ordered the sundae package from this store and 3rd time they've left out whipped cream. This time the delivery person specifically asked and was told "all good." Well it's not all good. It's too expensive to be treated this way.This is horrible customer service.

Average dunkin/baskin I ordered from the kiosk no problems. The lobby was a bit dirty but that's expected from most establishments. I do wish the baristas would've called out my order or name, but nonetheless my coffee was delicious!! Oh and!! They threw in an extra donut for me :
