“On Saturday a very busy UFC fight our server was Jay - he said everything was crazy busy but he was still personable and attentive. We waited a really really long time for our food. We ordered a some wings for a 4 person group. Finally we lost patience and I asked for the manager and met Mark. He quickly apologized and got our food order out and gave a credit on our bill which was the right thing to do. I wanted to give him credit that he made the situation right to take care of the customer.“
“Myqueta was our server and she was phenomenal! We had a party of 13 people & 7 of them were preteens. Myqueta was very attentive, polite and patient & went above and beyond for us! The orders came out correct and the birthday girl and friends were happy. She avrscc to re checked on our table several 5 times. We never got to say thank you before we left.“
