“Walked in to place an order. I’m sure it’s faster when ordering ahead but it was a last minute decision. The woman running the register was amazing. Great customer service and patient. Food came out correct and hot. I don’t write reviews often but the customer service was great“

“If I could give a 100/10 I would!! This was my first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was an amazing experience. Today was my birthday and I expected to only get 6 wings which is what they do for a freebie. When I opened the bag I saw fries, a cookie, and 12 wings! I was so happy, shout out to the staff, we love you guys!! I was so surprised and thankful because a lot of places that I went to didn’t give me any bday freebies. The reviews are not honest at all, I will remember you guys forever, the thought that counts!! P.S. thank you for feeding me and my dad❤️🧁🎉🎂“

“Everything was going great having great time with out of town family members until another employee accused me of stealing her earphone from the females bathroom. I Felt offended after asking me to empty out my pockets. Mind you I wasn't caring my purse nor any sort of bag. Just my sweater which the only thing that had that had pockets. I asked her to call the police which she refused. I would have but I didn't have my phone at the time. I just wanted to take a major piss. I also asked to speak to the manager but she claimed he was to busy to attend us. I told her if she was going to check through my pockets for her to call someone else to be there. Again she refused. My daughter saw and asked what was wrong the employee told her that I had stole something from her that she had left in the bathroom but she said that's OK that she had a tracker and that I would get caught. When we were about to leave she asked to speak to the manager and right away the manager came to speak to her. He wished that the employee would have talk to him. What the employee mislead me in believing that her manager was aware of the situation?
We were dismissed with I'm sorry and come again. Felt nothing was sincere.

I’m from the southside so it’s hard to find good food up here but this one was awesome customer service was great food was so fresh and delicious I appreciate the staff and the cook“

“I have been coming to this location for years and i never had service as great as Zacharys. His energy and service is impressive, the way he presented himself was very professional. Definitely would want Zachary again as a waiter recommend. I also put 4 stars instead of 5 because my wild wings are always dry but Zachary hooked me up with extra sauce without me asking.“
