The Italian beef sandwiches are SOOO good! The location is also impeccably clean and the service is amazing. Really vibed with Douglas (assistant manager), who on top of being extremely welcoming could be seen performing various functions around the restaurant too! Perfect place.

The food is fantastic and reaches a level far better than competitors in Chicagoland. Fresh and tasty for sure, but you can also tell that it wasn't rushed during any part of preparation.
What has made this establishment stand out to me (and frankly made me want to return) was the service. Omg, if you want a break from rude or dismissive service, GO HERE! Friendliness and a smile are what these folks should be known for.
I am going to make this place a part of my regular eateries.

Excellent customer service - has never failed me. One day I had my order severely messed up by a driver and the general manager Jesus personally made sure I received my food and threw in some extra items and vouchers for the inconvenience and I was greeted by a friendly female employee there who gave me a free dessert

Don’t get the gravy bread unless you like eating aluminum foil and paper , their wrapping gets mixed unit the sandwich every time. At least the pizza is decent

I waited a little longer than the app anticipated but that was no problem, everything in the order was correct and my family enjoyed our lunch! can't wait to come back for the original rainbow cone
