Ordered Buona for pickup late last night. I had some trouble using the app and accidentally ordered the wrong item (I’m not very tech savvy).
So I called the location to let them know. Ceira took my call. She was polite and professional and showed great patience as I struggled navigating the app. She took care of the order via phone and even added an online coupon for me. Thanks Ceira for your exceptional service!
Regarding the food, so far I’ve tried the pizza, chicken sandwich, cheese fries and I’ll be back soon to try more stuff. 10/10 recommend 👍

The Italian beef sandwiches are SOOO good! The location is also impeccably clean and the service is amazing. Really vibed with Douglas (assistant manager), who on top of being extremely welcoming could be seen performing various functions around the restaurant too! Perfect place.
When I was working on my birthday, my mom was too sick to bring me food, and the DoorDash driver gave me the wrong order, Jesus remade it, brought it to me, and wished me a happy birthday :) five stars!

The food is fantastic and reaches a level far better than competitors in Chicagoland. Fresh and tasty for sure, but you can also tell that it wasn't rushed during any part of preparation.
What has made this establishment stand out to me (and frankly made me want to return) was the service. Omg, if you want a break from rude or dismissive service, GO HERE! Friendliness and a smile are what these folks should be known for.
I am going to make this place a part of my regular eateries.
