I am a regular customer. I love this place. Amazing Frozen Bobba. I am very disappointed with today’s customer service from “Stephanie”. Walked in at 9:30, she denied us bobba or flavored bobba, i asked if they had flavored gelly, she also said they didnt. When she had just put it away. She was in a rush to leave. I sat down at 9:35, she turns off the light bulbs in the seats, & she says “just to let you know we closing already” never have i had this problem with...
I visited them to try their boba drinks. I got the original chocolate with tapioca pearls. The tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly — the right amount of chewy and well textured! However, the taste/flavor of the drink wasn’t the best. It wasn’t terrible but I’ve definitely had much better elsewhere. If flavor quality is a priority, you might want to explore other options.
It's a cute place, the machines are loud - so it hard to actually sit and chat there. The Tea is always good mostly consistent. But the girls working there are so nice can't give Them a bad rreview.
