Even as an adult, it’s so much fun.
The jumping area is quite expensive, and it is not open throughout the entire day. Each time a child wants to use it, we have to ask the security guard to open the gate, which is inconvenient.
I also found the current protocol for opening and closing the jumping area frustrating. If safety is the concern, I believe the area should have proper supervision by security staff while the children are using it, rather than requiring the gate to be repeatedly opened and closed.
