Great place to be at! Very clean, tasty food, games were great, and fun for my kids. Though, service was kinda bad. The staff were pretty rude to my kids, and looked annoyed once talking to them, or other customers. When I went to confront this, the supervisor was unhelpful, and was pretty rude. The staff were usually on their phones, with airpods on, and wouldn't answer you unless you were loud. Though, I'd recommend if you'd like to have a good time, and try to avoid the staff unless needed.

Ordered food from the QR code on the table. Said it would be delivered by 1:50. At 2 I still hadn't got my food. I went to the counter to ask about my food. I was told they don't deliver to the tables. I showed the cashier a picture of the sticker at the table. Was asked if I asked the kitchen about my food. Told her I didn't because nobody is waiting there to help customers. She reluctantly went to the kitchen to get help. I did finally get my food, but twenty minutes after I was told to expect it. I understand this is a stressful place to work, but I would also expect employees to be trained on something that is posted at literally every table.
We were here on a Sunday afternoon for a birthday party. It was less crowded than I anticipated, so it was easy to find games to play. Maybe it is less busy in December during the lead up to the holidays? I’ve definitely been here when it’s busy, so it was nice to not have to wait, especially if you pay by the minute to play games. There is usually plenty of parking available here since it’s part of a large shopping area. The staff was pleasant enough, since I know it can’t be easy to work in such a loud environment. We did not eat any of the food this time, but the pizza is good enough. It’s a fun place to take kids for a special treat. And as a grownup, I had fun playing skeeball and the TMNT video game with the kids. I mean, it’s a Chuck E. Cheese. It’s going to be loud and wild, but this location is relatively clean and easy to get to. Let go, tap into your inner child, and have a good time with your kids.

A fun arcade, kids love it, my middle kiddo loves having her birthday at Chuck E Cheese. The staff is friendly and the food is tasty for pizza cafe food.3 stars because Last birthday party there were gnats flying around our food and cake - we had to throw it all away. The games could all use a good wipe down, as well.

Truly a great place for kids and young adults. Had a lot of fun playing the games here. Their Photo Booth is amazing. I was particularly addicted to the basketball hoop game. Highly recommend this place to people looking to have fun with their kids. Ample parking space and ton of games gorgeous kids and adults.

Wow!! Great pizza!!It has been 15+ plus years that I have not been at Chuck E. Cheese. The employee were patient and explained everything about it. My daughters loved it! I highly recommend the unlimited play.They have beer!!Parking: Great parking!Kid-friendliness: Accommodating games.
