You can tell many workers either don't want to be here, or all are referred by relatives. Every time I say thank you for prepping my food, not a single word or acknowledgment from any of them. One time I came in early, and one of their staff drove in their vomit colored Toyota hazardly as if they were gonna be a write uo for coming in late.

This Chipotle has some of the most insufferable customers around. I was in line yesterday and every single person in front of me had some kind of modification to their order. 3 mini tacos all with different toppings, well strained beans, white rice with no cilantro, the list goes on.Giving 4 stars because the ability of the employees to put up with the divas of the north shore was impressive.

Not only was I overcharged for my bowl, but they were running out of food on several things, and closing the restaurant early. It was still 9:00pm. The food line was dirty and staff was rude. I guess the standard for this chipotle is just low.

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl online (through DoorDash) and the online platform does not allow you to place condiments in the side. The phone number for the restaurant is an automated system that does NOT connect you to a live person so that you can request those items in the side. Every time I tried to call back, the system would say: “thanks for calling us back”. I could not get to anyone! I will be requesting a refund!

Avoid this location if possible. I have been here a few times now and the staff always has a nasty attitude. You don't need that kinda negativity especially when they are handling your food. Would have given zero stars for service.
