I just picked up a takeout order and ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. My question is: why do people place orders in advance if they still have to wait 15 minutes after arriving?
While I was waiting, every customer in the regular line was served, and I was still standing there waiting for my prepaid order.

Very poor service. Employees seemed to not know what to do. Tried speaking to the manager he was very rude and didn’t care to hear what was being asked. Walked away in the middle of the conversation.
Come on guys put some salt on the brown rice and also why whyyyy you make the steak so spicy whyyy i ordered May 2 2026 two steak burrito i gave to my little kids and he started crying cos the steak was to spicy i dont add pico de gallo for that because i know that is spicy but look this the steak is spicy parents be careful the STEAK is SPICY
