I was double charged for guacamole in a previous order weeks ago and left a voice message with server and ticket # but no one got back to me ( and why I took out a star ) but I commend Samira on 12/26/24 on a subsequent phone call for finding the message from weeks ago and George the manager on duty at night for rectifying the issue by refunding and also providing chips and guacamole on the house for my trouble. Consistently better than the downtown Evanston Chipotle. They never get orders wrong, roll burritos right, and their guac doesn't taste off.

Vegetarian options: Reliable veg option.

Horrible customer service and portion size, you’ll be lucky to get a 2.5oz scoop of protein and then don’t dare ask for more because they’ll up charge you when you never got a full portion to begin with. This will be my final chipotle purchase and I’ll gladly return to Cava.
