Nice, clean and friendly staff.
This place used to be ok, then it started to look dirty and now they are even allowing people to vape.
Saw 2 young man vaping inside as we came in. Did no one else noticed ?
This place is getting trashy….
I would like to say there are a few employees that are very kind and usually make our trip for a donut enjoyable, they are very nice and patient with my toddler . But the place itself seems to be declining….

Dunkin' is a welcoming spot that goes above and beyond for its customers. The staff shows kindness, with the manager or owner surprising a young child with a free donut. Baristas are patient and helpful, even extending a hand when technology fails. The coffee is consistently good, with large cold brew and iced coffee orders always tasting perfect.
This Dunkin' location is very clean, and the doughnuts are great. The manager, Daniel, was very helpful when a customer needed to place a large order for the teachers of District 69, going the extra mile by coming in early and ensuring everything was done correctly. Customers have enjoyed the delicious ice cream and friendly service, with children particularly appreciating the doughnuts and ice cream.
