The service here was great. The barista was very friendly and had my drink ready almost immediately. I got the cold brew with caramel sauce and almond milk and it was very smooth and well made.

..haven't had a good experience here yet. Coffee or lattes have been weak/watery or extremely milky every time. & the baked goods are dry/hard or stake every time I've been. I did email the manager in the past, but never heard back.

Don’t really recommend the cookies and cream it doesn’t even taste like cookies and cream tastes more like condiments mixed up

Avoid this Nordstrom’s location at all cost. Since the pandemic they are understaffed, undertrained, and several of the employees are downright hostile.

This place is absolutely trash with people working the bar with almost zero knowledge of what they're doing and no desire to do better. The sanitation is appalling. They've been known to serve foods that should be cold that weren't cold, they dont clean the machine properly, coffee machine pots not cleaned, syrup pumps not cleaned and chocolate sauces for sure not cleaned as shown in the pic. That there is mold in the pic folks. Did anyone order up a side of penicillin with their white mocha? Cause I sure as he'll didn't. My advice, keep walking don't go in! There are a few other coffee places at the mall that are more deserving of your hard earned cash!

9/8/2020 Attendants 2 young ladies too loud screaming and laughing disrupting patrons. This is not a place for a relaxing coffee with this kind of yoinf employees. Disappointed.
Always a great cup of coffee. And I kind a wonderful relaxing atmosphere
