I have just had the most frustrating and unfortunate experience with this store. ordered a dress by phone and was told it could be delivered to our hotel fedex overnight. The dress arrived three days later, $500 charged and too late for my use. After several phone calls, the store manager has informed me that although they are sorry for my misfortune, they cannot help me unless I figure out how to deal with the hotel and fedex and get the dress back to them.
