Nordstrom Cafe is always a reliable spot, but our recent visit truly exceeded expectations. The kitchen knocked it out of the park—every dish made by Chef Boo Kim was remarkably delicious, fresh, and executed to perfection. You can genuinely taste the care and culinary skill that goes into the menu.

I was most pleasantly surprised. The best clam chowder I have ever had. The berry salad with salmon added was amazing! The salmon was cooked perfect! The service was excellent! His timing was so perfect and he contributed to an excellent experience.
