The service here was great. The barista was very friendly and had my drink ready almost immediately. I got the cold brew with caramel sauce and almond milk and it was very smooth and well made.

..haven't had a good experience here yet. Coffee or lattes have been weak/watery or extremely milky every time. & the baked goods are dry/hard or stake every time I've been. I did email the manager in the past, but never heard back.

This place is absolutely trash with people working the bar with almost zero knowledge of what they're doing and no desire to do better. The sanitation is appalling. They've been known to serve foods that should be cold that weren't cold, they dont clean the machine properly, coffee machine pots not cleaned, syrup pumps not cleaned and chocolate sauces for sure not cleaned as shown in the pic. That there is mold in the pic folks. Did anyone order up a side of penicillin with their white mocha? Cause I sure as he'll didn't. My advice, keep walking don't go in! There are a few other coffee places at the mall that are more deserving of your hard earned cash!

The sanitation at this place is awful! Coffee pots, espresso machine, syrup pumps etc NEVER cleaned. It isn't the rona you should be worried about folks, it's unsanitary conditions that you should be looking out for. Don't just walk past this, RUN! Unless you want to test your health and end up on the shitter all day.

Being of Italian descent, I am very particular about my espresso. There aren't any places in my hometown that I would order a straight espresso, so this place made the cut! Also my coffee always taste better in a real glass cup and not a paper cup so a point for that as well!
The strawberry smoothie was really good but a bit pricey. Located right outside of Nordstrom off to the side. Seats inside and outside.

9/8/2020 Attendants 2 young ladies too loud screaming and laughing disrupting patrons. This is not a place for a relaxing coffee with this kind of yoinf employees. Disappointed.

BRUTAL AND A RIPOFF. Coffee taste like dirt. Croissant was a cold hard brick and they have no way of warming it up. Blueberry lemon...a stale rock. Ripoff garbage.
