In from TX to see Pearl Jam. Staying in Evanston. Asked the locals where to get some good dogs and sandwiches. More than a few said Herms Palace and they were right! So glad we popped in. Family own, great hospitality and food was delicious. Will be back.
My father has been going since he was in his teens and he shared this beautiful place with me and the rest of my family, it continues to be a hit! Every time we’re in town we go straight to herms to talk to the owner and try some authentic food. I truly have a love for this place and the family that works there. Can’t wait to be back!
