Food was excellent and fast friendly service. It's located in a hotel but there was plenty of parking. The prime rib was delicious!Vegetarian options: It's a steak house, no vegan options.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible tables, entrance, and bathroom.

I'm surprised by the variability of the reviews for this Jameson's location. Granted, this was our first visit, but we had delightful service. We had a great seat - a booth by the back of the floor. It was cold outside and I've had too many experiences where cold drafts come in when the exterior door opens. That was not the case here. Their menu has some wonderful items, but their specials caught my attention. I was a little surprised seeing very little seafood on their menu online. I realized that is because they get their seafood fresh daily and is on their specials menu. I chose not to order seafood, but one person in our party did. We all started with side salads. They were good, but the presentation was off. Generally salads are delivered and cover the plate evenly. This listed to one side. In fairness, the salad was good. For dinner, we had the Chicken Kabobs, and from the specials the Prime Rib and the Haddock. (I had the Prime Rib.) Prices were a little high but not too far off from what we expected. The Kabobs and the Haddock were both served with rice and our party raved about how good they were. The Prime Rib was cooked perfectly. I don't care for fatty Prime Rib, and this was on the lean side. The Prime Rib had a choice of sides. Food allergies made me stick with steak fries (which could have been a little more cooked). The best part of the meal was the service. I really wish I remembered the name of our server. There can't be too many older gentlemen waiting tables, so I hope that clues the management of Jameson's as to who I'm referring to. He was wonderful, offering suggestions and guidance, letting us know to order quickly since we had plans to see a show at the theater next door after we ate, and stopped by regularly to ensure we were satisfied. We had a very good experience and would definitely return in the future.

I spent about 60 dollars all together including a 2 dollar tip for the hostess. I am very disappointed, due to coming at 9:15 pm I only had a few minutes to order as I was staying in the hotel. I am just very disappointed that I paid about 4 dollars for a fountain drink that was serviced to me in a to-go coffee cup. The calamari was over cooked as well as no sauce or Lemon was provided, it was just fried and put in a to go box. They put my kids on ice cream with a whole bunch of hot steaming food which melted by the time we got to our room. For the prices you pay, I did not get the service that “should have came with the price you pay.”

Lunch March 9. Outstanding burgers. Excellent service. Pushes all the right buttons. Not many hotels are lucky enough to have a great restaurant in their building. "I love this place."

I think Jamesons Charhouse takes advantage of the airport traffic they get. The atmosphere is nice and modern, the service is good - the waiters and waitresses are attentive. The food, however, not in line with the prices or opulence of the restaurant. My shrimp as tight and overcooked. My steak was also overcooked. These kind of things really make or break a meal, and unfortunately even some of the more commercial and cheaper steakhouses are currently cooking better food than JC.

We went to Jameson's last weekend for lunch. We had a situation with our daughter before entering the restaurant. The staff was immediately attentive to jump in and help and Stephanie was great. Management was beyond generous of which we are so thankful.Lunch was fantastic! Fresh bread loaf, Chicken Tortellini Soup, Prime Rib sandwich, Greek salad and chicken kabob. All fantastic! Very friendly, family owned restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit.Thank you.

I've always loved Jameson's. Perfect for a pre-show dinner. Friendly and cozy. I love the vibe. Plus, it's right next to a hotel for those of you who imbibe. You've got a safe place to stay and not risk your life or anyone else's.

Nice, cozy, beautiful atmosphere. Our server was excellent - she paced our meal nicely and was so very friendly and helpful. The booth was comfy. Highly recommend the French onion soup and the prime rib!

Excellent food, wide selection. Something for everyone. It is one of our favorite restaurants m. This time we introduced it to friends who had never been. They loved it. It is usually quiet, but this Saturdaytl, it was totally full so noise was more than normal.

Service was excellent and food, as always, did not disappoint. Serice was paced perfectly for us to attend an afternoon performance next door at the Northshore Center for Performing Arts.
