I always come in this location. BUT today I guess is not the day. Itâs a complete chaos. People are standing in front waiting for our order. NO staff in front to explain how long we have to wait. The manager explained to me prior to my order that the frying machine isnt working well so I have to wait for an hour for the fried chicken. And so, I just order the spaghetti. 30 min and counting. Still my spaghetti is not here yet.
Just disappointed.

Ordered ahead. Showed up at scheduled pick up time. Had to wait 20 mins for my order. Person who was ordering at counter when I got there got their food before me.

It was my first time here, Service was okay I was in line to order and some lady that had already ordered cut me off as I was placing my order because she wanted to change her order for a chicken sandwich and the cashier took her order, was standing there for like 10 mins before my order was finally taken, food was not good I donât know what was in my chicken but there was some white thick stuff on the skin of the chicken and it was not good at all left like a chalky feeling on the root of my mouth didnât even eat the chicken, waste of 40 dollars

Per website it says they close at 10pm, got there at 9pm, they would not serve us food. Instead of saying they close, the lady attempted to take our order to just tell us they are closed.
Need to update your website if your closing at 9pm, dont waste people driving there at night and maybe next time dont attempt to take peoples order and tell them your closed instead. Waste of time.

Got the spicy fried chicken, palabok, burger steak, mashed potatoes, and guava freeze. Overall the food is good and doesnât take too long like other locations. It wasnât too busy when I got here. But the spicy fried chicken was less spicy than other locations that I have tried. It tastes like just fried chicken. So it wasnât bad just not spicy at all. So donât expect it to be spicy but itâs still good anyway if you're dripping with the sauce. Palabok was my favorite one. The atmosphere is quiet and easy to talk in. All the places are clean and the staff are very nice. Some items online were unavailable but I recommend to check with them because they have it, it's just not on the menu online. There are plenty of parking spots too and a drive-thru option.
