I got the chicken joy bucket and the kbbq chicken sandwich and both were super good. The chicken was crispy and very juicy, and it came with a side of gravy, which I was super excited for. Spicy chicken was actually spicy which I enjoyed as well. Would recommend people to come and eat.

Chicken restaurant out of chicken?!?!?!?! I can’t believe this is real. I would give it negative 20 stars for the 20 minutes wasted here. Their page and post in store both say closing at 10pm. We arrived at 9:20pm and they told us dine in is closed, drive thru only. Okay, we went to drive thru, which was EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! It took them ~5min to take care of each customer. I waited more than 20 min to get to order my food and they told me they were out of chicken?!?!?!?!?! Aren’t you supposed to let everyone know before they enter the drive thru lane?!?!?!?!?! I liked their fried chicken so much and drove all the way here from Milwaukee and this is the food and service you offered?!?!?!?!?! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chicken is dry and not that much different from other chicken place. Service is horrible! My app said my order was ready by 7:15pm but I waited for 40 mins and have to constantly ask for the staff to check my order. Staff were nice but not very efficient service process and a lot of customer waiting. Will not come back for sure!

It was my first time ordering from here. Long wait for spicy chicken and didn’t have a lot of options for a smaller order. You can’t choose between thighs or drumsticks. They were extremely hot and for some reason HuGe not that good, gave it to a homeless person

Gross chicken!! Extremely soggy , greasy and huge drumsticks that can possibly be undercooked. Mashed potatoes are unseasoned with gravy , overall I wouldn’t recommend.

My daughter has been wanting to go since she saw influencers online with Jollibee. She loved the chicken, gravy & biscuits. She also tried the peach mango pie and the ube pie. It was cool to try something we weren't familiar with & she liked the ube pie. We just went through the drive thru & even though there weren't any other cars, they still had us pull up into a parking stall to wait for the food. We were not in a hurry, so that was fine but it took a bit longer than I expected. I felt like the 6 piece bucket with 2 sides and 2 drinks for $20 is priced appropriately for the area. A small cheese burger was $5 which I do feel is a little high (you can get the same size cheeseburger as a meal with fries, drink, and toy at burger king for $3.99 & they are equivalent) But overall, it wasn't fine.
