Grew up on Jollibee so believe me when I say it pains me to rate this particular location only 3 stars. Not because of the food but out of the Chicagoland locations, this one has the slowest service. Staff have zero sense of urgency needed for a fast food restaurant. I get that the food has to cook for as long as it has to but shouldn’t there be a learning process to be more efficient at this, especially during busy times (lunch, dinner, Sundays). I had a strong hankering for spaghetti and chickenjoy tonight but after waiting 10 minutes before anyone showed up to take orders at the counter then being told there is a 40 minute to an hour wait for food, we went to Wendy’s next door instead. Do better please!!

The chicken is good. That is where it stops for me.
Gone several times. I had fries once as they were always out. This time, the fries were warm. Warm fries out of the 1 out of 5 times of the fries being out, not good.
I will just go somewhere else.

I had heard a lot of great things about this place online, with many claiming it has the best fried chicken in the country. Due to living far away and having a busy work schedule, I never had the chance to visit. However, after recently moving to Wisconsin, I was excited to find out that the restaurant was only three hours away.
Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations. When I placed my order for six spicy fried chicken pieces, I received the original flavor instead, with no spice at all. This was very disappointing, and I ended up discarding three pieces.
While the chicken was fresh, I can only give this place two stars. The service was average, and the overall experience did not match the hype.
It takes a long time to cook

Modern and inside the Filipino grocery Seafood City. Nice and clean and I really enjoyed the pies (ube and peach mango) bc they were crispy and very sweet. Free bathrooms and parking. Nice experience and a total of 1400 stores worldwide and opened in 1975. Fun and yummy food!

Waited 34 mins for our meal on a Wednesday night, which ruined the experience. Order was 4 pieces of chicken and 2 sides of spaghetti.
Spaghetti came luke warm. Chicken was hot. Everything was super tasty. Peach Mango pie was delicious.
If you’re hungry, don’t go here. You’ll be too hangry to enjoy your meal.

Waited 35mins for our fried chicken order. The fried chicken was good, fresh and hot. The rest of the food was cold when they served our food. Won't be going back to this location.

Longest wait ever. I pre ordered online and STILL waited 30 minutes for some chicken
Had mashed potatoes and the rice both were good. Definitely worth a try if your in the area. I have traveled a long way for chicken and this is in the top of my list.

Good thing I don’t live close to any Jollibee. I’d eat it every couple days until I die from heart attack. It’s not fancy but it’s a good guilty pleasure food. The spaghetti is not your typical spaghetti. A bit sweet but pair well with spicy fried chicken. I tried their ube pie it was ok.

The Mac & cheese was not fresh and the biscuit was hard. The chicken was delicious.
