I got myself a plate of dorilocos and the employee was a very rude man. Gave me attitude when I told him what I didn’t want on it which was just the skin, and then he also gave my pregnant sister unnecessary comments when she ordered a yogurt with the fruit she was craving. When I opened it outside, this is how it looked like. Absolutely terrible food presentation. I work in a restaurant myself and I would never serve food like this to a customer.

This place is a bootleg version of a real michocana. They don't even do the traditional items as a real michocana. The Arabs pretty much are using the name to sell halal items and items that they want to sell. Not what a real michocana would sell. Very disappointing to the culture. I asked for a simple ague preparada and they wouldn't do it because it had to be with monster. I just asked to substitute the monster for a mineral water ill still pay for the monster preperada and was told no because they aren't allow to make any items not on the menu.

I went there yesterday and the guy was acting like he didn’t understand my request. A few people from work said they experience horrible customer service as well. Get people that want to work or they will run it to the ground!

Extremely overpriced they do not display their surcharge if you use a debit card for 1 corn on the cobb 1 small corn in a cup and churro 1 small kids scoop of ice came up 22.04 surcharge was 3.99 percent cents and 12.25 Skokie tax ? Last time I was here the cob was cheaper very over priced

I didn't feel comfortable with the halal status of the chicken tinga taco. When I asked the worker, they mentioned that the chicken meat is sourced from Chipotle-which is not Halal. Additionally, I noticed a strange smell coming from the chicken, which further raised my concerns.

I'm never going to eat here again, they gave me poisoning food within an hour of eating their elote and drinking their fresh water with milk. Elote tasted like left over corn from yesterday that has been still sitting in the water.
