An hour wait and then felt rushed as the server tried removing food from the table while we were still eating it. When the main course came the pasta was under cooked, the spaghetti was crunchy. They offered to remake it which would be waiting another half hour whole chicken either got cold or finished. Mgr had the attitude like oh well sucks to be you! Probably won’t be back. Best Italian food in the North suburbs (Chicago). You can't go wrong with any food choices. On Easter Sunday (2024), we had the Mom's Lasagna and the Chicken Parmesan. Everything was delicious!! We love this place and we are customers for life. Thank you!

My family and I have always loved Maggiano's no matter which location we visit. This past visit to Skokie was even better. We had some members of our party that had allergies, specifically fish and nut. After telling the waiter, the Executive Chef came out to take our order personally. He explained the menu and which items are fried in the same oil as the shrimp. We were touched that Maggiano's takes food alergies seriously, and the Chef (who I am sure is very busy) took the time to explain the menu to us. Well done, Maggiano's!!!

Too many times got here, but probably not anymore.Was waiting for food over then 30 mins, to the end a rude waiter brought us totally wrong order.I said we are ok, we are leaving and she started to smirk behind me and was so disrespectful!To the end manager was super nice and gave us gift cards and cheesecake!...I am so disappointed and this was one of my favorite places around.

Amazing service and food. As first time diners we were greeted by the Kitchen manager with delicious bruschetta and given the best service ever. Food was delicious and so flavorful, the atmosphere is so fancy, luxurious, and clean. 100% will be traveling back for our anniversary in May! Thanks Chef for an amazing experience !Dietary restrictions: They asked for any allergies and I loved that.Parking: It's by a mall so plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: So many people had Littles there and they had big smiles, and crayons and coloring pages to color.
