I love potbelly’s and this one didn’t let me down. Food was made quick and to order. One of the tables had a pile of wet napkins on it but otherwise clean.
Vegetarian options: The sandwiches are made to order and you can “hold the meat” on any of them
Dietary restrictions: Any ingredient can be cut not sure if there are gluten free options tho
Parking: Parking lot is HUGE and free
Kid-friendliness: Nothing adult about the place. Lots of smaller sized portions for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Had barrier free access though I didn’t test automatic door. Lots of wide aisles for mobility devices. When ordering counter is VERY high so people can’t see over

Beware of this location. I was double charged for my order. I contacted the manager and was told a credit was submitted to the region office to be processed since they couldn’t issue at the location. I followed up with the manager three times and was told it would be issued. After the third time following up I disputed the charge with the credit card company. The dispute was denied since they responded back stating they I received both of orders. I’m now out $22. This location is dishonest so beware when you order online.

I got the tuna sandwich, extremely bland.I’ll choose subway over potbelly any day. They put like 1 pickle in the sandwich, and I could not taste the other ingridients.The waiter did not explain anything, I had to keep asking myself.I was basically doing his job for him.However their blueberry muffin cookie was pretty delicious and I liked the aesthetic/atmosphere/decore of the restaurant.

Ordered 1 sandwich. They gave it to customer in front of me . Had to wait for a new one. Then they put it down next to register. Lost it . 15 minutes later found it. 1 bottle of pop and 1 big turkey 22 Dollars. No receipt. Bad service. Unhappy.

I made an order through the app and in the additional notes I had put that I was feeling sad today-can u write a note?
when I picked up my mobile order, the receipt indeed had a note!! "chocolate increases endorphins- feel better <3" and it put SUCH a smile on my face and my heart!! turned my mood around. I discovered a treat inside when I got home to eat my sandwich and I just wanted to say thank you so much to whomever blessed my heart tonight. I'm going to bed not sad & very grateful. seriously thank you!!!!

My name is Patricia cipolla and I currently work at Macy's Old orchard. I was at the restaurant on Monday April 22nd trying to get my free sandwich and cookie. But I ran into a complaint at the restaurant my phone was working so I had trouble with the potbelly app to show this young black manager I had a few sandwich and cookie on my app I had my two receipts that you are supposed to show but yet this manager Monday evening around 5 pm told me to get out of her restaurant and I couldn't use my rewards in that store. He was very rude very disrespectful to me. This manager should not be working with customers if he tells other to leave his restaurant and not come back. So I won't come back
I went there on Friday 3/29/24 between 1 pm and 2:30 pm, The lady "making sandwiches" was on her phone, completely ignoring customers. I went to the guy, who was extremely RUDE and told me to go over there in a very rude tone. I can't believe they're in business of how rude they were. Wow, I was in shock. smh. I walked away and did not buy anything. They truly need a class on how to treat customers. I would never go back there again. No way. They didn't care at all. They failed to realize that without customers, they won't have jobs. Unbelievable.
