I love potbelly’s and this one didn’t let me down. Food was made quick and to order. One of the tables had a pile of wet napkins on it but otherwise clean.

Vegetarian options: The sandwiches are made to order and you can “hold the meat” on any of them

Dietary restrictions: Any ingredient can be cut not sure if there are gluten free options tho

Parking: Parking lot is HUGE and free

I made an order through the app and in the additional notes I had put that I was feeling sad today-can u write a note?

when I picked up my mobile order, the receipt indeed had a note!! "chocolate increases endorphins- feel better <3" and it put SUCH a smile on my face and my heart!! turned my mood around. I discovered a treat inside when I got home to eat my sandwich and I just wanted to say thank you so much to whomever blessed my heart tonight....

I'm not a typical sandwich person. But on this particular day, I decided to try out this place. I ordered a half sandwich and soup. I believe the Mediterranean with broccoli and cheddar soup. It was quite tasty. I really enjoyed my meal.

Kid-friendliness: While at the mall, whenever I would pass this place there are always plenty of young people in there. Also, it's located across the street from a H.S.
