We’re under an Extreme Heat Watch, and I placed a mobile order and walked to this Starbucks We’re under an Extreme Heat Watch today, and I placed a mobile order and walked to this Starbucks with my daughter and our dog. Our dog overheated, so my daughter went in to ask for a cup of water for him. The barista asked if she was going to buy anything else. This location in next to the train station as well, and maybe that might lure more homeless people or people just wanting water for the train ride.
It’s disappointing. No one should be questioned for asking for water in this kind of heat…. especially a kid trying to help an overheated dog. Compassion goes a long way. Maybe invest in small paper cups for people and pets who need water during the hot summer times.

The staff is very nice and helpful at this Starbucks location, ordered the Cran-Merry Orange lemonade refresher and the blackberry Sage lemonade refresher and they were good and well made. The drive through line was not too busy at all easy in and out service.

I don't live nearby, and when I opened my starbucks app, it made me order in a different location. When I realized that my order had been placed in the wrong place, Ana had happily made a new drink for my son for free. It was a really grateful and pleasant experience. There was another lady beside Ana she was friendly and nice. I really appreciate the great experience that my son and I had today. We'll definitely stop by again when we visit the neighborhood.

We’re under an Extreme Heat Watch today, and I placed a mobile order and walked to this Starbucks with my daughter and our dog.
