The staff is very nice and helpful at this Starbucks location, ordered the Cran-Merry Orange lemonade refresher and the blackberry Sage lemonade refresher and they were good and well made. The drive through line was not too busy at all easy in and out service.

I don't live nearby, and when I opened my starbucks app, it made me order in a different location. When I realized that my order had been placed in the wrong place, Ana had happily made a new drink for my son for free. It was a really grateful and pleasant experience. There was another lady beside Ana she was friendly and nice. I really appreciate the great experience that my son and I had today. We'll definitely stop by again when we visit the neighborhood.

I ordered a coffee and two warmed pastries. While the coffee was ready in minutes, I waited 14 more for the pastries. Meanwhile, another customer who arrived later received faster service when the staff prioritized his order over mine. It made me wonder how much longer I would have waited if he hadn’t walked in. The experience felt frustrating and dismissive—terrible service overall.

The worst Starbucks ever me and my husband went to a drive-through ordered two pumpkin spices, and they did not put pumpkin in our coffees. Then we tried calling back. They left us on hold and never got back into the phone and then I called back and they left me on a busy line that I went into the store and the manager was being very rude And I said I needed to go to work and I didn’t have time and she wanted me to wait all the way back into the line and she was giving me an attitude so be aware of page the manager that is her name she should not be working as a manager she is awful

My first time going here, i was impressed with the FAST service. The professionalism of the person who takes your order was so pleasant. There were 2 cars in front of me and i received my latte in less than 2 minutes. My Chai Tea was a 10/10.

It seems whenever I order from this location it's Hit or Miss and usually it's Miss. First of all the orders are literally created at at turtle or Snails pace. Then even though they are made you'd think ever so carefully with the length of time it takes them to make one drink. Not the case it's crafted slowly and still made incorrectly. This happens to be the only location I know that has a time limit on remakes within a 7 day period. They made my order which I paid $16.00 for just the coffee absolutely incorrect. If I pay that much for coffee I at least expect them to honor a remake. That was the one thing that kept me coming back with the insane drink prices was at least they make good on their mistakes. I'm traveling for work not always back to that area for day's at a time traveling to office locations as needed. Wont be back here.
