My first time checking this place out. The food was edible but chicken tacos very very dry. Adding the salsa didn't help the dryness. I can taste the potential but you should never serve a dry taco to anyone.
Tacos Gingi provides solid Mexican food and polite service. The formula really does let you know what to expect and they often deliver a consistently satisfying experience. The only downside to this formula is that the consistency can sometimes lead to flavor fatigue and a lack of diversity on the menu.
