Went through drive thru on Thursday January 9 at around 3:30 pm. One of the rudest employees. Greeted with “what can I get you “ Which is fine . Paid and left cash tip . Not a thank you or anything . Not even a “have a good day “ It was a woman with long dark hair . She’s absolutely miserable ! Do better !
This is my favorite Starbucks. They are consistently incredibly fast and the staff are very friendly. The woman in the drive thru yelled out that it's my birthday and everyone by the window cheered ? If you're in a rush, go to this location for sure.
Service today was subpar...in customer service, saying "what?" when you didn't hear someone is rude. Oh, greeting the customer with a smile is key as well. Teach your baristas customer service, too.
