They definitely prioritize drive thru over walk ins.. waited like 7 minutes for my order after I placed it on the self ordering kiosk. Next time I’ll just go to the register to make sure I get it when I order
Two donuts and coffee okay, but nothing to brag about !Clerk mumbled and talked in a Whisper had to ask her three times each time to repeat the type of donuts she has and what I wanted in my coffee which was two creams not five !! Good thing I took the top off and I saw how white it was and I said no you have to make it Blacker this is too much cream ! I want coffee with cream, not cream with coffee !!

So pulled in for my usual coffee. Put it in my cup holder and drove to work. Did not notice because of my winter coat, the lud was not secure. By the time I got to work, it was half poured all over my coat. This is the second time this has happened with the lid popping off. Please fix this!
