I am very disappointed at this particular Starbucks idea of a Carmel Frappuccino. No topping of any kind, no whip, no caramel, no flavor! Blah drink in general. Served with a bad sippy cup lid, not meant for this kind of thick beverage. They seemed to know this, as they also handed me a straw. Unfortunately, this type of lid had no place to insert it. The restaurant was clean as was the bathroom. I was greeted with a smile and my cashier was friendly. Unfortunately my $6+ caramel macciato tasted like warm milk. This is my go to drink at all Starbucks and this location was the worst. A chain this huge shouldn't put out drinks that inconsistent between locations. There should be a standard operating procedure at each location so every drink tastes the same between them.

This place is often closed when it's supposed to be open. In general throughout the day, or in the closing hours. It's 8:35 pm right now, and they're supposed to be open until 9, but they're closed.
