Carrie is their co-owner and her passion for their business is evident in their engagement in the community. They have several events a month to invite adults of many interests and backgrounds. The Skokie Chamber recently had an event at Take Flight and there were only positive remarks about the ambiance, atmosphere, location, and drinks served. She was an excellent cocktail coach explaining how to make delicious cocktails with their in house distilled liquor. PLUS- t *think* you can bring food in from @Village Inn around the corner! You guys at Take Flight deserve the growth you dream of after the perseverance you endured through your opening with COVID. Thank you for your commitment to supporting our non-profit and thank you for your engagement in the Skokie Community. Great cocktails. Every cocktail has local ingredients and is well mixed. They only have snacky foods, not a full kitchen. Owners were super fun to talk to and even recommended some local businesses. Lovely spot. Will be back.

Second time gathering here with friends after a show at St. Tim’s Coffeehouse. Sheer delight! The cocktails are expertly prepared, delicious, original, and the proprietors exude a sense of fun and discovery. wonderful going to a bar with no TVs!(No food menu. Chips and snacks only.) Will return!

I've just heard this place opened up recently and was interested to try their craft. I've had the Aged Rum Old Fashion & the Bee's Knees and man they were really good. I can say that the Bee's Knees drink was in fact the bee's knees. I'll definitely come back to drink their craft!
