Went to this place for the first time today and was very excited, since I had their gyro about a year ago, my brother had bought and brought it for me, which was a very delicious gyro. Today, I went in for my lunch break and saw the "lunch special" on their display tv on menu board, but when I ordered a small plate, which is a part of the "lunch special", the lady didn't tell me if I get half chicken, half beef it won't be a "lunch special"...
Came here to try out their app - free drink and side with the purchase of an entree. There was some confusion bc for the side I wanted falafel, and they asked how many. I asked, “how many come with it?” So he asked a coworker and they said, “just give her 2” and then they didn’t ring up the drink, didn’t really establish how to use the app and although I enjoyed my meal (I have been to the downtown location often) I will not try to use the app again.
