The New AI ordering system they are using and then verifying at the window is not customer friendly... I have use this drive-thru many times and I always have issues with the verification of my order. I think it is a people problem on interacting with the customer. The AI is getting better understanding my order. The problem is at the window, they need to have a screen that shows your order. I think that would fix the human issues.

They have several drink options to choose from. Drinks are self serve and the kiosk makes ordering way faster. I choose exactly what I want on my burger without making the mistake on my order.

Very clean wendys, for a Wednesday around 12.30 it was empty inside. It was very clean, and the employees were friendly. I appreciate their electric soda machine, and outside patio.

I came to have a father son bonding time. turns out they made us pay at the kiosk but they couldnt accept our code. the manager did not wanna take our order so she told us to get out of here and go to the drive thru even tho we were walking after we finished our meal i tried to get some water but she locked us outside so i went back to the window and she reacted in a not professional way. I do not recommend coming to this specific location since the manager had poor costumer service, i only recommend coming when the manager is not here

I ordered a chili cheese fry and got half of a scoop of chili I mean it was barely any chili on the thing it had more juice from the chili then it had meat and beans I mean literally 4 beans and a spoon full of meat with Re-dropped fries which they didn’t even fill the tray with but at least I got nacho cheese I guess. The workers were polite at least but the portions would make you think it comes out of their checks.
Food is fine, the AI drive thru is terrible. Hire humans who can actually talk and understand people.
