I had got a combo meal and I had put the food on the table and I went to the bathroom for not even ten minutes and he had thrown it in the trash when he knew I went to the bathroom and when I was first ordering he got my order wrong when I said bone in he said I could swear you said bonless. honestly all said in done this guy needs to get fired and he had his AirPods in the whole time and they never gave a refund and he threatened to call the cops like what would they have done very bad service never come here and he says he’s the manger I highly doubt it and that’s not how you should treat ur customers he said how would I know you went to the bathroom and he had seen me go to the bathroom while he was cleaning up.

Our host today was Anthony, and he went above and beyond to ensure our very large order for 14 people was perfect. He made sure everything included the proper fixings, utensils, and napkins. Despite the short prep time, the order was ready flawlessly. Thanks to this experience, my entire staff are now fans of Wingstop. Lunch went extremely well, and I would 100% recommend this location!

I really don't understand all the negative reviews for this location! Me and my husband have been here 4 times since they opened and we have had nothing but good experiences. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. Hopefully the people that gave it negative reviews give it another chance because I really hope this location lasts!

This location sucks at customer service. I live a few blocks away and I rather go the Niles location on Touhy. They treat their customers 110% better.
It was out first time coming to this location. We had visited other Wingstops previously but this new one is closer to our home. We ordered ahead online. My order came out exactly on the estimated time. The order was correct and the quality was similar to what we get at other Wingstops. It's nice to have another place nearby to go to.

My wings did NOT taste right, too big, and WAYYYYY TOOOO SALTY!!! I had half bbq, and half lemon pepper bone in and the lemon pepper seasoning was soooo heavy I couldn't eat them for fear of getting high blood pressure. This is a new location with great parking and potential so they need to know where to make improvements. Not sure why my wings were so big and didn't taste well done like I asked . You have the potential, please get it together.
