Food was great, service was VERY slow, especially considering the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Our server disappeared multiple times, from the beginning through the end of our meal.

My girlfriend and I had reservations at 6pm and we got there on time and were told there was still a 25 minute wait. Aside from that and not being served for 20 minutes after being seated, it was a delightful meal and a very nice waitress. She made great recommendations as it was our first time trying sake and dining at this restaurant!

We went there for Valentine's Day. We knew it was going to be crowded obviously but there were drastically understaffed. Our server did his very best to give us attention and make recommendations but because he was waiting on 15+ tables at the same time it took a very long time to get food and drinks
